Child Safety Standards

Konnecting US ("the App") has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes the standards we maintain and the actions we take to prevent, detect, and report such content and conduct.

1. Prohibited conduct and content

The following are strictly prohibited anywhere in the App, including posts, comments, chat messages, profiles, and digital business cards:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
Sexualization of minors, including text, images, videos, or links.
Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to contact a minor for sexual purposes.
Trafficking, sextortion, or the promotion, facilitation, or normalization of child sexual abuse.
Sharing links or contact details that lead to CSAE material or services.

2. Who may use the App

Konnecting US is a professional networking service intended for business owners and is restricted to users aged 18 and over. Accounts believed to belong to minors are removed. The App is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

3. In-app reporting

Every user-generated item — posts, comments, chat messages, and member profiles — can be reported directly in the App. Users can also block any other member immediately.

Report: tap the "⋯" menu on any post, comment, message, or profile and select "Report".
Block: tap the "⋯" menu on a member and select "Block". Blocked members can no longer contact or see the user.
Reports are delivered immediately to our moderation team for review.

Reports can also be sent by email at any time to info@konnecting.us.

4. Moderation and enforcement

Reports involving child safety are prioritized and reviewed as quickly as possible.
Content found to violate these standards is removed, and the responsible account is suspended or permanently terminated.
Administrators can remove content and disable accounts directly, including a member's public digital business card.
We preserve relevant records as required to support investigations by authorities.

5. Reporting to authorities

We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through the CyberTipline, and we cooperate with law enforcement requests as required by applicable law. Users in the United States may also report directly to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org or by calling 1-800-843-5678.

6. Compliance

We comply with applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions where the App is available, including U.S. federal reporting obligations, and with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and Apple's App Store guidelines.
