회원이 앱에서 직접 동의한 경우에만 이름, 프로필 사진, 회사명·직함, 업종, 업체 소개, 챕터 직책, 웹사이트, 소셜 미디어 링크를 Konnect 웹사이트의 챕터 소개 페이지에 공개합니다. 이 페이지는 누구나 볼 수 있으며 구글 등 검색엔진에 노출될 수 있습니다. 전화번호와 이메일은 회원이 각각 따로 공개를 선택한 경우에만 표시됩니다. 동의하지 않아도 앱의 모든 기능을 이용할 수 있으며, 앱의 설정 → 개인정보 설정에서 언제든 공개를 끌 수 있습니다. 공개를 끄면 웹사이트에서 즉시 내려가지만, 검색엔진에 이미 저장된 사본이 사라지기까지는 시간이 걸릴 수 있습니다. 당사는 동의 시각과 동의 문구 버전을 기록합니다.
당사는 서비스 제공을 위해 다음의 신뢰할 수 있는 제3자 서비스를 이용합니다.
당사는 이용자의 개인정보를 위 목적 범위를 벗어나 외부에 판매하거나 임의로 제공하지 않습니다.
이용자의 개인정보는 회원 탈퇴 시 또는 수집·이용 목적 달성 후 지체 없이 파기합니다. 단, 관련 법령에 따라 보관이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다. 채팅 첨부파일 등 일부 데이터는 일정 기간(약 2개월) 후 자동 삭제될 수 있습니다.
이용자는 언제든지 앱 내 설정에서 본인의 개인정보를 조회·수정할 수 있으며, 계정 삭제(회원 탈퇴)를 요청할 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제 시 관련 개인정보는 위 4항에 따라 처리됩니다.
당사는 비밀번호 암호화, 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS), 접근 권한 관리 등 개인정보 보호를 위한 기술적·관리적 조치를 시행합니다.
본 서비스는 만 14세 이상의 비즈니스 오너를 대상으로 하며, 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.
본 방침은 법령 및 서비스 변경에 따라 수정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.

Konnect ("we") provides a community app for Korean-American business owners. This policy explains how we handle your information.
To provide the community service (chapters, member directory, board, chat, video meetings, referrals), send notifications, process membership payments, and respond to inquiries.
Only if you opt in within the app, we publish your name, profile photo, business name and title, industry, business description, chapter role, website, and social media links on your chapter's page on the Konnect website. This page is publicly accessible and may appear in search engines such as Google. Your phone number and email are shown only if you separately choose to share each of them. You can use every feature of the app without opting in, and you can turn this off at any time in Settings → Privacy. Turning it off removes your profile from our website immediately, though copies already cached by search engines may take some time to disappear. We record when you consented and which version of the consent text you saw.
Stripe (payments), Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (push), Amazon Web Services S3 (file storage), Google/Apple (sign-in). We do not sell your personal information.
You can view and edit your information in the app at any time, and request account deletion. Upon deletion, your data is removed in accordance with applicable law.
We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. Some chat attachments may be auto-deleted after about two months.
This service is intended for business owners aged 14 and older and is not directed at children.
