4. One-minute commercialEach member introduces their business in one minute.
5. 15-minute member presentationOne member presents their business in depth.
6. Highlights & referralsWe share referrals given and deals closed.

Preparing your one-minute commercial

Short, but the most important minute of the meeting. Cover four things.

1. Introduce yourselfYour name and what you do, in one sentence.
2. Your businessCompany name, location, and what you mainly do.
3. What you want to highlightOne service or product you are pushing this month.
4. The referral you wantExactly what kind of customer you are looking for.

After the meeting

Exchange cards in the app, log the referrals you give, and record how each one turned out — then share the results at the next meeting.
